Power Yoga – My Scorpion pose at last

Once upon a time in October 2007 last year, I had My first yoga class. Since then, I religiously attend my yoga class every monday after office hour (of course some time I need to skip the class due to 1001 reasons)

There are many different types of yoga and one of it,known as Power Yoga. This is what my instructor said when I ask what type of Yoga that I learn from him. Frankly, yoga look like simple but once you’ve done it you will know how tiring it is. Once, I happen to fall asleep while doing corpse pose. I wonder if you could imagine how tired I am. :)

Enough said, here is my version of scorpion pose.

hmm…I think, still need to improve the pose.

hmm….below is the perfect scorpion pose. :) Well, she is the Yoga master + celebrity plak..no wonder lah kan looks perfect. :)

You should read her story here on how she turn her hand into sword to eliminate the pain inside, hence I think my choice to get into yoga is the best decision I did. No regret…

    oho..kelas kat ner 2,KL ke?fee and further info refer kat ne?ingat nak join..dulu pernah berlatih bodoh2 ada program d tv2 time puasa,pas subuh la.ada satu gaya tu memang peluh2,miss instructor tu infom manuver bagus untuk digestion..sekali terus masuk tandas g buang..

    I’ve never thought that you used to Yoga.
    On the other hand, I’ve been learning Tai chi chuan for couple of years. It is also good exercise for your health :wink:

    i do Yoga at leat three times a week. It helps me calm down my mind and ease away stress.

    i practice Yoga purely for the purpose of reducing stress and it really works. Yoga keeps both of my mind and body relax.

    I practice Yoga at home mainly for the purpose of having a relax mind and body. Stress is really high on our workplace and yoga helps me relax.

    it is easy to learn Yoga although it seems difficult at first try. I practice Yoga mainly for relaxation and for improving my blood circulation.
