If you look at the country and region breakdown in Google Trends you will see Spanish speaking countries search for this term more than any other region. The top 10 cities of origin for "Informatica" searches are in Brazil and Spain. English is the 6th language of origin for "Informatica" searches. A more accurate search is DataStage versus PowerCenter. PowerCenter searches have become a lot more popular in the last twelve months since Informatica expanded to data quality and profiling products. People are starting to do PowerCenter searches for ETL tool information rather than Informatica searches.
