What is it?
Business Intelligence (BI) gives you the ability to gain insight into your business or organization by understanding your company’s information assets.
These assets can include customer databases, supply chain information, personnel data, manufacturing, and sales and marketing activity as well as any other source of information critical to your operation.

www.pentaho.com [ Ranked #1 in Open Source Business Intelligence] - Just download this one,but haven’t had a much time to test it out. I think this is the best open source tools for BI.
